Basketball Recap: Chisago Lakes Area's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Chisago Lakes Area's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They managed an 88-84 victory over the Osceola Chieftains. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Chisago Lakes Area's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Osceola, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chisago Lakes Area will be home for the holidays to greet North Branch at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Chisago Lakes Area is facing North Branch at the right time seeing as North Branch is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Osceola, they will welcome Altoona at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
