Preview: Bel Air Bobcats vs. Rising Sun Tigers
Bel Air is 8-0 against Rising Sun since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Bel Air Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Rising Sun Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Bel Air will be strutting in after a win while Rising Sun will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Friday, Bel Air was fully in charge, breezing past North Harford 75-36 at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Bel Air.
Meanwhile, Rising Sun pushed their score all the way to 58 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Bohemia Manor by a score of 60-58. Rising Sun just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
Bel Air now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Rising Sun, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
Everything came up roses for Bel Air against Rising Sun when the teams last played back in January as the squad secured a 75-41 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bel Air since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
