Curry waltzed into their match on Tuesday with 27 straight wins... but they left with 28. They never let the Fayette County Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won 19 contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Brooklyn Morton tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over 5.2 innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in 17 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Curry got a big performance out of Kerra Aaron, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Ralee Dunagan, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Curry hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in 20 consecutive games.

Curry's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 33-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.9 runs on average over those games. As for Fayette County, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Looking ahead, Fayette County will venture away from home to take on Northridge at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Curry will be paying especially close attention to the Tigers' match: after the Tigers faces off against the Jaguars, they'll take on Curry again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
