After a string of five wins, Brookings-Harbor's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Marshfield Pirates by a score of 16-15. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (ten), the Bruins still had to take the loss.

Brookings-Harbor's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Marshfield, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Brookings-Harbor will face off against Del Norte at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Bruins surely won't give up without a fight. As for Marshfield, they will square off against North Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight.
