Volleyball Recap: Leland Takes a Loss

Leland lost against Somonauk back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 2-1.

Leland has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season. As for Somonauk, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Leland will square off against Earlville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Somonauk, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Ashton-Franklin Center on the 25th.
