Crater had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They won by a run and slipped past the Eagle Point Eagles 2-1. The win was familiar territory for the Comets, who have now won 11 games in a row.

Crater pushed their record up to 19-8 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Eagle Point, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-12.

As of now, neither Crater nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
