Rappahannock County was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Altavista apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Rappahannock County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Altavista, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-12.
