Baseball Recap: Baldwin Comes Up Short

Baldwin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 17-13 to the Seton LaSalle Rebels.

Baldwin's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Seton LaSalle, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Baldwin will face off against South Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Fighting Highlanders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Seton LaSalle, they will square off against McGuffey at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
