Softball Recap: North Penn Knights vs. Central Dauphin Rams
With a playoff game on the line, North Penn rose to the challenge on Monday. They skirted past the Central Dauphin Rams 9-7. Winning may never get old, but North Penn sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
North Penn let Tallie Smink and Gianna Cimino loose on the outfield. Smink went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI, while Cimino went 3-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and a double. Cimino has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Casey Sokol, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.
