Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Carlos Hines stepped things up a notch to give Haywood the 'W'. Hines scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Hines' strong effort led Haywood over Fayette Ware and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tomcats are 9-1 against the Wildcats going back to March of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
