It was a good run, but Tri-Center unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 8-4 to the Shenandoah Mustangs. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in July of 2020.

Tri-Center's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Shenandoah, their win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-15.

Tri-Center has already played their next contest, an 18-17 victory against Jefferson on the 2nd. As for Shenandoah, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-7 win against Glenwood on the 3rd.
