Volleyball Recap: Bishop Rosecrans Takes a Loss

Bishop Rosecrans was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Fisher Catholic Irish, falling 3-0. If the Bishops were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Irish when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 25-8.

Erica Sharp had an outrageously good game for Fisher Catholic as she had ten digs and four aces. That's the most aces Sharp has posted since back in October of 2024.

Bishop Rosecrans' defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Fisher Catholic, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bishop Rosecrans is set to square off against their familiar foe Miller at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fisher Catholic will take on rival Fairfield Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
