Summer Scott gave up the fewest hits she has since back in February on Wednesday. She was unstoppable, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

Scott's strong effort led Needles over GV Christian and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
