If Kennedy was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Costa Mesa on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Fighting Irish fell just short of the Valencia Tigers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Fighting Irish's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 9-7-1. As for Valencia, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2-2.
