Basketball Recap: Gentry Comes Up Short

Gentry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 67-42 to the Shiloh Christian Saints. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pioneers of the 66-30 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Gentry's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Shiloh Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gentry will challenge Berryville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Shiloh Christian, they will welcome Pea Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
