Football Recap: North Plainfield Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

North Plainfield had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were dealt a 31-0 loss at the hands of the Belleville Buccaneers.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Plainfield will host Belvidere at 6:00 p.m. on September 5. As for Belleville, they will look to defend their home field on September 5 against Ferris at 7:00 p.m.
