Softball Recap: Cleveland Takes a Loss

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ider Hornets.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Ider, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cleveland will face off against Holly Pond at 5:00 p.m. on the 31st. Cleveland is facing Holly Pond at the right time seeing as Holly Pond is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Ider, they will challenge Sylvania at 5:00 p.m. on the 31st.
