Volleyball Recap: South Takes a Loss

South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why South lost, don't look at Brylee Moss. Despite the final result, she had ten digs and three assists.

South's loss dropped their record down to 20-17. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they pushed their record up to 26-10 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Hays on the 25th. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against West on the 25th.
