Divine Child won the last time they faced Franklin and things went their way on Monday too. The Falcons blew past the Patriots 6-1. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Divine Child's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 68th, while Franklin are ranked 302nd).

Divine Child pushed their record up to 10-4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matches. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Looking ahead, Divine Child will host Annapolis at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin, they will head out to take on Glenn at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
