Soccer Recap: East Central HomeSchool Comes Up Short

East Central HomeSchool lost against Ezekiel Academy back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. East Central HomeSchool came up short against Ezekiel Academy, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, East Central HomeSchool can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 173rd, while Ezekiel Academy are ranked 18th).

East Central HomeSchool's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Ezekiel Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. East Central HomeSchool is set to take on their familiar foe Southern Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ezekiel Academy will challenge rival Springwood at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
