Trumann couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 27-20 to the Nettleton Raiders on Friday. Despite 144 more yards than the Raiders, the Wildcats couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trumann will head out to challenge Walnut Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Nettleton, they will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Beebe at 7:00 p.m.
