Soccer Recap: Crystal River's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hudson, Crystal River was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Bell Bulldogs onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Pirates as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Tyler Penn and Dante Brooks scored all three of Crystal River's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Crystal River's win bumped their record up to 2-12. As for Bell, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crystal River will face off against Citrus at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bell, they will challenge Trenton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
