Schoharie's win ends three-game losing streak at home

Recap: Schoharie Storm vs. Lake George Lakers

The Schoharie Storm can finally bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against Lake George by a score of 43-34.

Several Lakers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mykah Collier-Fisher, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds. Collier-Fisher continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Madyson Brennan, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.

Schoharie's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11. As for Lake George, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost ten of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Schoharie will head out on the road to square off against Northville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lake George, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Hadley Luzerne at 7:00 p.m.
