Kingswood was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Plymouth on Friday. The Knights' pitchers stepped up to hand the Bobcats a 17-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won seven games by more than 11 runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Kingswood got a massive performance out of Miley B, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI B has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Lily S, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Laconia had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They walked away with a 10-5 victory over the Spartans.

Kaydence Stinson made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Kaitlyn Durfee was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.
