Softball Recap: DasCHE Comes Up Short

After soaring to 22 runs the game before, DasCHE was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They lost 17-2 to the Grapevine Faith Christian Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in February.

DasCHE saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Valentina Ortega, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

DasCHE's loss dropped their record down to 9-14-1. As for Grapevine Faith Christian, they pushed their record up to 11-3-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, DasCHE is taking a road trip to take on Legacy Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grapevine Faith Christian, they will host Trinity Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
