Softball Recap: Marina Mariners vs. Soledad Aztecs

Marina extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping their season record down to 7-7 in the process. They came up short against the Soledad Aztecs, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aztecs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-5 last Wednesday.

Looking ahead, Marina will welcome Anzar at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Soledad, they are taking a road trip to take on Carmel at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Aztecs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Padres have averaged an impressive 12 runs per game this season.
