Greenwood hadn't done well against Rogers Heritage recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bulldogs never let the War Eagles get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 6-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Greenwood's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Rogers Heritage, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-18.
