Basketball Recap: Spring Hill Falls Short Against Ranked Eudora

On Friday, Spring Hill faced Eudora in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Spring Hill Broncos fell 50-40 to the Eudora Cardinals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-50 back in January.

Spring Hill's loss dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Eudora, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spring Hill will head out to take on Bonner Springs on Tuesday. As for Eudora, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals duke it out with the Panthers on Monday. Eudora is facing Paola at the right time seeing as Paola is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
