Recap: Eldon Mustangs vs. Buffalo Bison
The Eldon Mustangs had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 63-12 win over Buffalo at home. The result was nothing new for Eldon, who have now won three matches by 47 points or more so far this season.
Hunter Hees continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 125 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, while also throwing for 286 yards and five touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. Hees was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards. Devin Hardy was another key contributor, picking up 104 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Eldon's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Buffalo, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 3-6.
Eldon will square off against Ava at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ava has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 479 points over their last nine matches. Buffalo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
