Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Boone). They never let the University Cougars get on the board and left with a 23-0 win on Thursday. Samantha Johnson looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
