North Monterey County came tearing into Monday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 60-54 W over the Marina Mariners. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-54 on January 7th.

North Monterey County's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-6. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.9 points per game. As for Marina, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Monterey County will challenge Rancho San Juan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marina, they will square off against Hollister at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
