Volleyball Recap: Chrisman Comes Up Short

Chrisman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Adrian Blackhawks.

Chrisman's offense was headlined by Jazelle David and Lillian Munoz, who picked up two kills apiece. David also shared the team's lead in assists with Rubi Mathis: they picked up three each.

Chrisman's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12-1. As for Adrian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

Coincidentally, Chrisman and Adrian will both be playing West Platte the next time they take the court. The Bears will head out to face the Bluejays at 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, while the Blackhawks will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
