Baseball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was the 5-4 winner over Fieldston when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 10-7 to the Eagles on Friday.

Win Nangle stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Delarosa, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Trinity now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Fieldston, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Trinity is set to take on their familiar foe Collegiate at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Fieldston will challenge rival St. Ann's at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
