Basketball Recap: Lead-Deadwood Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lead-Deadwood can now relate to. They were dealt a 73-27 loss at the hands of the Rapid City Christian Comets on Tuesday. The Golddiggers haven't had much luck with the Comets recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Lead-Deadwood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Rapid City Christian, their win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Lead-Deadwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rapid City Christian, they will welcome Belle Fourche at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
