Hesston's tournament run continued when they took on East on Saturday. The Hesston Swathers had just enough and edged the East Aces out 2-1.

Kendal Brueggen paced Hesston's offense, picking up 21 kills. Brueggen got some help from Aj Reiff and her 14 assists. Cecil Williams controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Hesston's win bumped their record up to 23-11. As for East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-23 record this season.
