Baseball Recap: Oak Hill Comes Up Short

Oak Hill blew Hornbeck out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Hornbeck got their revenge. Oak Hill fell just short of Hornbeck by a score of 9-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Rams have suffered since March 19, 2024.

Oak Hill now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Hornbeck, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Hill will square off against Converse at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oak Hill is facing Converse at the right time seeing as Converse is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hornbeck, they will welcome Simpson at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
