Franklin had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers. This was a revenge game for the Sabers: when they faced off against the Chargers on Saturday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Kaitlyn Marx paced Franklin's offense, picking up 14 kills. Marx got some help from Allie Sobocinski and her 12 assists. Marx was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Kettle Moraine Lutheran's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kathryn Ehlke, who had 12 digs and one assist. Brooklyn Luehring was another key player, getting seven digs and two aces.

Franklin's record is now 15-21. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 22-18 record.

Franklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Germantown on the 18th.
