While Saturday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Malea Breeden. She was dynamite on Saturday, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over 4.2 innings pitched.
Breeden's strong effort led Webb over Lenoir City and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday.
