Coastal Academy won the last time they faced Escondido Adventist Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Stingrays were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stingrays.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Coastal Academy was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-14, 25-15.

Miranda Rustrum paced Coastal Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Rustrum got some help from Delaynie Harris and her 25 assists. Camille Gastelum controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.
