Basketball Game Preview: Intermountain Christian Lions vs. American Prep WV Eagles

The Intermountain Christian Lions will take on the American Prep WV Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Intermountain Christian is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-47, which was the final score in Intermountain Christian's tilt against Tintic on Monday. The Lions were down 68-40 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Despite the defeat, Intermountain Christian had strong showings from Knox Westenskow, who posted 25 points, and Noah Hillaker, who earned 16 points. The matchup was Hillaker's fifth in a row with at least ten points.

Meanwhile, American Prep WV humbled Utah School for the Deaf & Blind with a 53-22 victory. That looming 53-22 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for American Prep WV yet this season.

Intermountain Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for American Prep WV, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
