Soccer Recap: Atlas Preparatory School Comes Up Short

Atlas Preparatory School lost against James Irwin back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Atlas Preparatory School Gryphons lost 10-0 to the James Irwin Jaguars. The Gryphons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Atlas Preparatory School now has a losing record of 1-2. As for James Irwin, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Atlas Preparatory School will head out to face off against Sierra at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Atlas Preparatory School is facing Sierra at the right time seeing as Sierra is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for James Irwin, they are taking a road trip to square off against Widefield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. James Irwin will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last.
