Despite the loss, San Juan still got an impressive performance from Jagger Nieves, who rushed for 182 yards and two TDs, and also picked up 45 receiving yards. Nieves' rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 108 rushing yards dating back to last season. Tripp Palmer also helped out with an impressive 117 receiving yards.

San Juan suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 5-2. As for Manti, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
