Baseball Recap: Gar-Field Victorious

Gar-Field won the last time they faced Osbourn and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Red Wolves came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 8-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Wolves.

Adrian Membreno Rivas was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. He has become a key player for Gar-Field: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-5 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Moore, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.

Gar-Field's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Osbourn, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Gar-Field wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 12-0 victory against Potomac Senior on the 8th. As for Osbourn, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 17-0 defeat against Hylton on the 6th.
