Galena Park put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Westbury Huskies 11-3. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Daniel Gomez spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on two hits and racked up 13 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up a single earned run in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Jesus Resendez was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Isaac Lamas was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two runs.

Galena Park always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Westbury only posted an OBP of .240.
