Baseball Recap: East Sac County Takes a Loss

East Sac County lost against Alta-Aurelia back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 4-3. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Sac County's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Alta-Aurelia, they pushed their record up to 2-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Sac County will take on Pocahontas at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Indians will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Raiders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Alta-Aurelia, they will venture away from home to face off against Akron-Westfield at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
