Softball Recap: Egyptian Pharaohs vs. Meridian Bobcats
Egyptian won the last time they faced Meridian, and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Egyptian Pharaohs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Meridian Bobcats and snuck past 9-8. The win made it back-to-back victories for Egyptian.
Rayah Huffman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits.
