Volleyball Recap: Islands Takes a Loss

Islands lost against Statesboro back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Sharks fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 2-1. The Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Islands' loss dropped their record down to 18-12. As for Statesboro, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 28-14.

Islands does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Statesboro, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Lakeside on the 10th.
