Brimfield waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with 19 straight wins... but they left with 20. They came out on top against the Tremont Turks by a score of 5-1. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 4-2 win the Turks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Addison Pryzbylo spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Sawyer Drury, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Reese Legaspi was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Brimfield pushed their record up to 29-2 with the victory, which was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Tremont, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Brimfield will face off against Metamora at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tremont, they will challenge Lexington at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
