Volleyball Recap: Foresthill Comes Up Short

Foresthill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Forest Lake Christian Falcons. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildfires have suffered since October 24, 2024.

While Foresthill was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Foresthill saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sabrina Rozman had 16 digs. Those 16 digs set a new season-high mark for Rozman. Fallon Parks also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

Foresthill's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Forest Lake Christian, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7.

Foresthill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Futures on the 25th. As for Forest Lake Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin on the 25th.
