Football Recap: Colbin Garrison and Zion Hegg Secure Win for San Luis Obispo + How To Watch

It's playoff time, and San Luis Obispo had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 42-32 victory over Lemoore on Friday. Winning may never get old, but San Luis Obispo sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Leading San Luis Obispo to victory were Zion Hegg and Colbin Garrison. Hegg rushed for 103 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries, while Garrison rushed for 122 yards and a pair of scores. The dominant performance also gave Hegg a new career-high in passer rating (119.3).

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to San Luis Obispo's defensive line and their three sacks. Garrison refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself.

San Luis Obispo's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Lemoore, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

San Luis Obispo didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-0 loss against Redwood on the 14th. Lemoore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
